Upper Deer Valley

Upper Deer Valley is nestled around Deer Valley Resort’s mid mountain area and Silverlake Village. Historically, this area was Park City’s first mining settlement, but is now home to some of Park City’s most spectacular mountain retreats. There are several small subdivisions that make up the whole of Upper Deer Valley’s single family home market. They include Alpen Rose, Alta Vista, American Flag, the gated Bald Eagle Club, Bellearbor, Bellemont, Belleterre, Bellevue, Evergreen, Knoll Estates/Deer Valley Club Estates, Knollheim, Silver Lake Village, The Cottages, and Willow Brook. Many of these estates offer ski-in/ski-out access and unmatched privacy.

Enjoy the feeling of solitude perched in luxury at 8,000 feet or simply venture to the neighborhood’s own Silverlake Village. A miniature mountain community in and of itself, Silverlake Village offers the finest dining and retails shops at Deer Valley Resort; not to mention direct lift access to the whole mountain and the legendary McHenry’s Ski Beach – a sunny respite for skiers. In the summer, hikers & bikers may access lift serviced trails directly from Silverlake Village. With all that within footsteps, it’s hard to believe that Park City’s Historic Main Street is only minutes away and accessible by way of Park City’s free bus system.

Many condominium projects line the hillside as well. They include Aspen Hollow, Bellearbor, Bellemont, Bellevue, Black Bear Lodge, Cache At Silver Lake, Chateaux At Silver Lake, Deer Valley Club, Double Eagle, Enclave, Goldener Hirsch, Little Belle, Lookout at Deer Valley, Mont Cervin, Ontario Lodge, Ridge at Silver Lake, Ridgepoint, Royal Plaza, Silver Bird, Stag Lodge, Stein Eriksen Lodge, Sterling Lodge, Sterlingwood, The Inn at Silver Lake, Trailside, Twin Pines At Silver Lake, and The Woods At Deer Valley. Many of these projects offer ski access and luxury amenities.
